At the closing of your move-in ready home, you will receive the same information and perks as our other clients! As a Sublime Homes’ homeowner, you will receive a one-year “fit and finish” warranty, beginning on your closing date. At closing, you will also receive a detailed Homeowners Maintenance Booklet which offers instructions on how to best maintain your Sublime Home and details specific elements of your home that are covered by our one-year limited warranty.
